Fun with fringes! Woo!

To begin a summer of crafting.

- Pin-like metal rods (no idea the real name of these, they come in a lot of jewelry making kits)
- Chain
- Clasp for the necklace
- Wire or more chain for the necklace
- Beads
- Jewelry clamp beads
- Pliars
- Wire cutters
Begin with the rods - bead them in any way you'd like!

Once you have all your rods beaded, begin attaching them to the chain. I put the rods on adjacent links, but feel free to skip a link in between every rod if you'd like them more spaced out.
Using your pliers, carefully attach each rod to the chain.
This step takes the longest and requires a lot of patience!
If possible, ensure that each rod is attached in the same way so it looks consistent!
Once completed, move on to making it a necklace. I left one extra chain on each side to attach the wire to, though it's not necessary to have. Cut off any extra links so it's balanced.
Loop the wire through and attach with a clamp bead (using your pliers to flatten and secure the wire).
Cut off any extra wire using your wire cutters (aptly named).
Finally, decide on a length for your necklace, cut the wire to reflect that length,
and attach a clasp of your choice to the ends!
